Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel expenses will vary on place I will be traveling to. This will be an additional cost to the session price.
How long does it take to receive the photos after the session?
My TAT is up to 2 weeks as I do have other important obligations. If you would like your photos sooner, you can purchase 48 hr TAT for $50.
What if we want something more extreme for our session?
We aspire to be able to make your creative vision come true! Contact us before booking to make sure we can accommodate your requests.
How will we receive the photos from our session??
You will receive your edited images in a gallery sent via email.
Do you accept cancellations/reschedules?
We do accept cancellations and reschedules. However, if you cancel a session, your deposit is non-refundable. For reschedules, you have two free reschedules per session (unless it is due to weather) after that there will be a charge of $25 to reschedule a session.
Do you accept refunds?
We do not accept refunds Refunds will only be given if we feel that it is strongly neccesary in the case at hand. Retainers are non-refundable no matter what, but they can be moved to the rescheduled date, they cannot be moved to another session.
